The bespoke service is offered to meet the particular needs of a client's own employees or business requirements and is scheduled over days, evenings or weekends as necessary.

Bespoke training which has taken place at client site has included Fire Marshal training, Passport to Safety, Manual Handling, IT specific training, ISO Auditing, Risk Assessment, Recruitment & Selection, Supervisory Management, Being Assertive, Being Effective, Food & Safety, Business Telephone Techniques, as well as many others.

Evaluations completed by delegates and repeat bookings support that quality training takes place by effective trainers and that delegates learn new skills.

Our bespoke training allows all training to be tailor made to a client’s particular needs and also enables us to provide training in diverse areas such as export, employment law, fire marshal and those areas of training not easily accessed.

The growing success of NRS Training and the fact that we certificate through FAIB, Qualsafe and Pearson enables this division to fulfil a diverse range of training for our customers.

The bespoke service is offered to meet the particular needs of a client’s own employees or business requirements. To ensure we deliver a programme that meets your exact needs, we follow a simple 4-step process:

Step One: Initial Assessment of Training Needs

An initial visit from our experienced training advisor who will assist in identifying the objectives and requirements of your training needs.

Step Two: Proposal & Tutor Visit (Customisation if needed)

We will present you with a proposal for the delivery of your training programme. At this stage, the programme may be altered and adapted and, if required, the programme tutor will visit your premises to discuss how further tailoring may be done.

Step Three: Programme Delivery

The programme will be delivered by your chosen NRS Training Tutor at your selected venue.

Step Four: Evaluation & Follow Up

The programme will be evaluated and feedback given. This will help your organisation build on the results and motivation generated by the programme.
